I joined State Farm Bank as a UX Architect. My contribution to State Farm Bank was to help with the design of the Mobile Car Payment Application.
The objective was to redesign and simplify the mobile app interface, focusing on creating a smoother and more intuitive car payment process for users. This initiative aimed to address user pain points by streamlining navigation, optimizing functionality, and ensuring an effortless payment experience. The goal was to enhance usability, improve user satisfaction, and foster greater engagement with the app's car payment features.
